SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Please note that shipping delays are more common during the Christmas period (October - December). Please allow us enough time to process and ship your order if needing it by a certain date.

 

SHIPPING:

All orders have a processing time of 1-2 weeks before they are shipped. 

Domestic Orders: Orders will usually take 3-5 working days to arrive once shipped. During this current time AusPost are experiencing some delays and may make the delivery time longer.

International Orders: Orders will usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive once shipped. During this current time AusPost are experiencing some delays and may make the delivery time longer. We are not responsible for paying any duty/customs fees. If your order gets sent back to us due to these fees not being paid, we can only refund you for the item once we receive it. Shipping will not be refunded.

 

RETURNS:

As each item is made to order, unfortunately we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible here, so we can rectify the issue.
